This experiential class will enable participants to partake in
very simple, yet moving exercises, designed to assist in getting
to know and love oneself on a deeper level.
Ms. Kane has been a Religious Science Practitioner with
Religious Science International for over 10 years. She studied
with and was certified by Hawaiian Healer Kalua Kaiahua. She has
a lifelong background in dance and movement study including
ballet, Irish, Tai Chi and Yoga. She has studied Inner Child
Work with Dr. Susan Gregg who was trained by Don Miguel Ruiz,
author of "The Four Agreements."

The class will teach ways to heal oneself using Healing
Touch, Systematic Muscle Relaxation, Breathing and
Meditation Techniques. Facilitator Rev. Dr. Christina
Gilman is an ordained Harmony of Life Fellowship minister
and earned her doctorate in counseling from Boston
University. She has 35 combined years in spiritual healing,
counseling and teaching New Thought principles.
Each Sunday, Windward Religious Science Church services are held
at 11am at King Intermediate School, Building F, 46-155
Kamehameha Hwy. near Windward Mall. The services include an
inspirational talk by Rev. Patri Hildreth, music by Rev. Allan
Fisher and Dan Del Negro, and meditation. All are welcome

Overview
The
study of the Science of Mind is a study of life and the spiritual
principles that are governed and directed by thought.
Briefly, we learn that:
We are the thinker in our world.
We are the chooser and creator of
our thought patterns.
Our dominant thoughts manifest in
our lives.
We learn the importance of weeding
our mental garden and planting the thoughts that create the good we
desire.
We define the concept of "our
good" and can receive it as long as does not interfere with anyone
else's good.
Feeling deserving of our good
allows it to come into our lives.
The Universe just says "yes" to
whatever we focus on. When
we believe it's possible, it happens.
